By using the German School Upstate website, registration forms, payment tools, or school portal, you agree to use them only for lawful school-related purposes and to provide accurate information.

School name: German School Upstate. Service area: Upstate South Carolina. Contact: info@germanschoolupstate.org.

Formal legal name, mailing address, nonprofit/tax status, registered agent, governing law, and any required state-specific terms should be confirmed by the school and legal counsel before final publication.

Portal accounts are for authorized families, adult students, teachers, and administrators. You are responsible for keeping account access private and for notifying us if you believe account access has been compromised.

Registration submission does not guarantee final placement in a class. Placement may depend on age, level, program availability, tuition/payment status, administrative review, and school capacity.

Registration and materials fees are nonrefundable unless German School Upstate cannot place the student due to school capacity or program availability. Tuition refunds are subject to the withdrawal/refund policy described in the Registration Agreement.

Referral credits are not automatic. A referral may show as pending until German School Upstate verifies the referring family, the new family or student registration, tuition/payment status, and admin approval. Referral terms may be adjusted to prevent errors, duplicate credits, or misuse.

• Do not attempt to access accounts, records, functions, or data that do not belong to you.
• Do not interfere with payment, registration, classroom, or administrative systems.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.

We may update programs, schedules, fees, policies, portal features, and these terms when needed. We try to keep the website available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
