Learning, working, and community — in one place.
A central workspace for small language schools — connecting admins, teachers, parents, and students from registration and payments to homework, vocabulary practice, communication, and class prep.
Built for German School of the Upstate as a real-world school operations hub.

The Problem
Many small schools and enrichment programs are held together by goodwill, spreadsheets, emails, payment links, and separate classroom tools. That works for a while — but it creates confusion, extra admin work, and scattered communication.
Registration lives in one place
Payments live somewhere else
Teachers prepare and share materials manually
Parents and students do not have one clear entry point
The Solution
German School Hub organizes the school experience around the people who use it every week: admins, teachers, parents, and students.
Registrations, payments, student records, family information, communication, and school-wide organization. Supported by AI agents for automation.
Class prep, lesson materials, homework assignments, vocabulary support, and tools that reduce repetitive admin work. Powered by AI agents to generate content and manage workflows.
The central operating layer connecting every role.
One place for payments, announcements, schedules, class information, and student access.
Homework, vocabulary practice, class resources, and learning tools connected to their actual class.
Current Build
The system is being developed in practical phases, starting with the public entry point and registration/payment workflow before expanding into deeper classroom and learning tools.
Why Base44
Base44 allows a small school team to build in phases: public page first, then registration, payments, accounts, portals, communication, teacher tools, and learning features — without needing a large development budget. AI agents automate admin and teacher workflows, reducing manual effort and letting a small team scale their impact.
The Bigger Vision
This started as a practical solution for German School of the Upstate, but the model could serve other small language schools, enrichment programs, homeschool groups, and community education programs that need one affordable, flexible operations hub.
